*Shipping on all of our products are professionally package and ready for gift giving or for personal buyers use. *We only ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays ( unless shipping upgrades are requested and confirmed). ...If we are constantly going to ship every day, we will be unable to design the product as well as answer your emails in a timely manner! *All orders are shipped thru USPS via 1st Class mail (Flat Rate)unless otherwise indicated. Shipping Upgrades, are available at an additional cost. Please email us for price info if you would like these upgrades.

There may be a delay in shipping at times, due to weather, USPS, holidays, etc...basically life is unpredictable, so if there is a change or delay in your order, I will inform you immediately via email.

Please note that for international shipping there may be additional custom fees that the buyer is responsible for. In addition we are not responsible for the time needed to clear your countries customs department. So please note that some take longer than others to clear, if there are any questions please email us to discuss we will be happy to speak with you about your options

:::::ORDER PROCESSING:::::

Though we are always open for you to order, all order are processed during the business hours of 10am - 5pm , Mon-Fri.Orders placed on the weekend, after business hours or on holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

:::::PERSONALIZATION/CUSTOMIZED:::::

To speed up your purchase, if you are personalizing an item, please include your personalization info in the "Notes / Comments" section of the payment area at checkout. It needs to be spelled and looking exactly the way that you want it on your product. If this info isn't given at that time there will be a delay in shipping your item as a separate email will be sent to you within 72 hours requesting this info . Your items will be processed within 48 hours of proof approval(when applicable) & payment clearing. If for some reason there is a delay of any kind we will inform you immediately

:::::YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN:::::

Every computer screen is calibrated differently and mine is calibrated for me. Since I am not there physically looking and working at your computer, there may be a slight variation in color from your screen to actual printout. That doesn't mean if you see blue, your item will be green. It means that the color may be a little lighter or darker than what you see on screen. So we are not responsible for the color which you may see on your screen.

:::::WEDDING SUITES & SAMPLES:::::

Wedding suite samples ( not your actual order)may be sent with color on hand at the time of purchase. So the envelope and etc may be different color than actual pictured suite for samples only. Your actual order will of course be the color requested and purchased.

:::::CUSTOMIZED SHOP ORDERS:::::

We can customize most any product in our stores but some products might be slightly different from the original after customization.

Our Business cards of course can be customized, but due to the constraints and designs of each card, some of your information may have to be eliminated or "scaled down" to keep with the aesthetic of the original design. Please keep this in mind when choosing a design. Also,you are only allowed TWO PROOFS on all of our "Customizations" of existing designs( unless otherwise stated). Anything after that ( that is not due to our error) will incur a "design fee" that will be advised before any more proofs are sent. If at that time you do not wish to proceed, you will be refunded back 1/2 of the cost of the item and the shipping fee.

:::::CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING:::::

Gramkin Paper Studio accepts custom orders.Some custom orders are subject to a 50% or other non-refundable deposit (which will be advised at time of inquiry) or may need to be "paid in full" before work is started. This will be advised before prior to order. In the case where a deposit is made, upon completion of the project the balance is due before shipping item or upon cancellation,deposit will not be refunded. ( other fees may apply)

:::::STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING:::::

Standard custom items usually have an approx 10-15 day process after final proof is approved before it is shipped, so please plan accordingly. More elaborate invitation sets can take additional time, so it is best to plan ahead. We will let you know immediately if there are any delays and approximate process time for your order at time of purchase. Also,if we need additional time or there are delays.

*When buying multiple items we may combine packaging
*We have the right to re-create and/or sell a custom design that was made for any of our customers.
*We have the right to cancel any sale for any reason at any time. We will inform you via email if we cancel a sale.
